Shihan James Monette is one of the most experienced coaches in Quebec and has developed some of the top amateur competitors in Canada in Boxing, kickboxing, MMA.

He has competed in Boxing, Kickboxing, Thai Boxing, Savate, Full contact Karate, Judo, Wrestling and Grappling. He has hundreds of competitive matches combined in all disciplines.

Shihan Monette has been teaching martial arts since 1981. He created a Streetwise program for children and adults and is recognized as one of the most complete and effective self-defense programs. The children's program has been designed to make sure children have fun and build confidence at a very fast rate.

Shihan James Coaches all the classes children's and adults taught on Wednesday's, Thursdays and Saturdays.
